Lavender Mental Health

Lavender flowers represent, among other qualities, serenity, grace, and calmness. At Lavender Mental Health, we use evidence-based therapies and skills to allow our clients to achieve a state of mind that reflects those qualities. We believe in the dignity and worth of all individuals, the importance of human relationships, and competent delivery of services.

Healing Together

Lavender Mental Health provides individual psychotherapy for adults. It is recommended that a client engage on a consistent basis for the best results. Therapy can be painful and difficult in the moment; however, if you make every effort to practice the skills in and out of session, you can heal and discover the way to live in alignment with your values while respecting your internal experience.

On occasion, our therapist may feel it would benefit the individual client to bring in a family member (such as a spouse, partner, or adolescent/adult child) for a joint session. LMH does not work with children, adolescents, couples, or families on an on-going basis.
